  • Moroccan Spit Roasted Lamb Stone-Fire Turkish Pizza
  • Marinated Spit Roasted Lamb, drizzled with mint-yoghurt sauce topped with rocket & sumac

  • An array of fresh local vegetables roasted w. rich chermoula spices served w. cous cous
