Enter the laboratory and distill your very own 700ml bottle of gin during this gin-making class at Manly Spirits. You’ll take charge of a gleaming mini copper still and use a variety of local and exotic botanicals to make your own blend. A gin and tonic, cocktail and antipasto plate are provided.

Take home booklet
Start the class and your palate off with a gin and tonic on arrival, followed by an introduction on how they produce their gin and what it takes to create a well balanced and harmonious blend. You'll then take charge of a gorgeous mini copper still and create your own bespoke bottle of gin to take home. An experienced gin distiller will guide you through the entire process, recommending the best botanicals to include that will suit your gin style. Be inspired by Australian native and foraged marine, citrus, herbal, floral and spice botanicals, or feel free to bring your own botanicals to use. Once complete, you will name your creation, before bottling it and personalising your special 'Stillhouse' bottle label in its gift box. A delicious cocktail and antipasto plate will be served during the class.
